Representatives of Leo Club of KL Unity at the airport waiting to head to Hong Kong!!!
In conjunction with our Hong Kong sister club’s 35th Anniversary Dinner, and also both our clubs 10th Twinning Anniversary, Leo Club of KL Unity had decided to head to Hong Kong to celebrate the glorious event and at the same time also allow our members know more of their club’s members.
The theme for their anniversary was “Loveinfinity” and we were asked to dress ourselves in Shocking Pink attire. Our club made a pair of shoes with both Leo Club of Hong Kong the Peak and also our club’s mascot drawn to indicate our 10th anniversary of sisterhood.
We also had a spontaneous dance performance which was requested by one of our Malaysian Leos
We had a special gift exchange ceremony during their dinner, where both club’s presidents are asked to give a speech and also to explain the meaning of the gifts

This is the closer view of the shoes given to the Hong Kong Leos. The shoes have both club’s logo and mascot and also a number 10 to indicate our 10th anniversary. Apart from that there are also both countries’ national flag on the sides. The shoes are hand painted by Leo Maggie.

We hope our relationship with Leo Club of The Peak, Hong Kong will never end. We had a great time back then!!! Thank you so much for the hospitality and the time spent with us!

Apart from attending the dinner, we also met up with the Hong Kong Leos, where they brought us around for trips such as Cheong Zhao and also for a city tour to hunt for good food. This allowed us to bond with each other and our members managed to make many new friends.
