Preparation for New Batch - IT Class for Kids

Cleaning and Setting Up Seri Setia IT Room

Date: 5^th December 2012(Wednesday)

Time: 8.00p.m. – 10.00p.m.

Venue: Seri Setia IT Room @ Sungai Way Community Centre

Prior to the commencement date of our IT Class project on the 8th of December 2012. Leo Joshua, Leo Sheng Wei and Leo Kok Yi visited the community centre to tidy up and made sure all PCs are functional.

The IT Room was left unused for some time.

We bought them new Key boards and Mouse to compliment 4 new PCs which we have collected. 

The new stuff will be installed on Saturday

Get Together with Twinning Club at Penang

Fellowship with Twinning Club – Leo Club of Tanjung Penang

Date: 18^th November 2012(Sunday)

Time:  9.00p.m. – 12.00a.m.

Venue: PIKNIK, Penang

KL Unity Members -Leo Kok Yi, Peir Ee, Maggie, Jie Lin, Sheng Wei & Eong Xien were in Penang on the 18th of November 2012. They met up with Twinning Club Leo Jocelyn and Leo Zin Yi at PIKNIK, Penang. 

They were introduced to 2 other Leos from Leo Club of Penang City. They had a great time catching up with different topic. After the drinking session, the Penang Leo's brought them to the well-known Penang Street Art to capture some nice graphic. 

In the meanwhile, They also meet up with Leo Bo from Leo Club of City West. They all when back to rest at 12am.

Leo Club Turn 15th - Leo Club of KLCC (O)

Leo Club of KLCC (O) 15^th Anniversary Dinner

Date: 7^th October 2012 (Sunday)

Time: 7.30p.m. – 11.00p.m.

Venue: Mezza9, Sri Hartamas

Leo Club of KLCC was celebrating their 15^th Anniversary Dinner on 7^th October at Mezza9. 

6 of our Leo from KL Unity (O) attended.

  

  

  

  

             

         The dinner was served at 8.00pm sharp. In the meanwhile, there were some ice breaking and fun games for everyone.

Turn BIG 40 for Sponsoring Club - Lion Club of Kuala Lumpur North

Lion Club of Kuala Lumpur North 40^th Anniversary Dinner

Date: 26^th October 2012 (Friday)

Time: 7.00p.m. – 10.30p.m.

Venue: HGH Convention Centre

Our Sponsoring Club, Lion Club of Kuala Lumpur North has turn 40 and they celebrated their 40^th Anniversary Dinner at HGH Convention Centre on the 26^th of October 2012. 7 KL Unity members attended that night.

The event started at 7.30pm with the Lion Song played to welcome Guest of Honor, District Governor, Lion Chan Hoi and his cabinets and Lion Club of KL North Sisters Club from Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippine and Sarawak.

Opening performance the 24^th Drums was played on the stage while KL North President, Lion Tony called the meeting to order and his welcoming speech. Dinner was then served accordingly to the program flow. Presentation of plaques, certificate and cheques was presented during the event. 

The interesting entertainment that night; Indian Classical Dance, Face Changing and performance from KL Unity member Leo Wan Chern and her friends.

The event ended with speech by Guest of Honor, District Governor, Lion Chan Hoi, cutting of anniversary cake and final performance by Leo Wan Chern and friends- The Gangnam Dance. The event ended at 10.30pm.
