Spotlight on Children

KLU had taken part on organizing this project with Leo club of Alor Setar, Leo Club of Penang City, Leo Club of Georgetown Central, presence of Leo Cabinet for District 308 B2, Leo Club of Kota Bahru and so on. We decided to come out with a telematch activity for the students.

The telematch went on pretty well, with some minor adjustments as the time is not enough for all of them. We have to cut out some originally planned route to ensure that they complete their levels on time. And what makes things go worst will be the weather as it started to rain heavily out of a sudden. We have to lead the children to the nearest shaded area and to pack our things up immediately. The rain obstructed the activity for about 15 minutes to half an hour. 

We had an opening ceremony after meal at the hall and speeches were delivered by some Lions and the school principal. Certain prize giving ceremony took place as well, followed by some school bag donation ceremony. 

It was really a meaningful event and we hope to have opportunities like this in future again. We love making people happy and we hope that we are able to bring more happiness to the people.
