Visit To Furry Friends Farm

This was a CNY project organized by the Lions Club of KL
North and I was invited to join them in this meaningful visit. The farm, as I
have come to know about on the day itself, was almost as big as two football
fields. In it were inhabited by 400 cats and dogs and 1 goat.
We also come to
know that their operational cost per month is RM40,000.00 and they survive
solely on pledges and donations.
We were given a short tour around the farm.
After the tour, we proceeded to the cheque presentation as
well as animal food donation.

President Nyza, owner of Furry Friends Farm
explained that there are people who care for orphans, homeless people and under
privileged people; while her passion is to care for homeless and wounded cats
and dogs.
