KL Unity Project - The Leo Run 2013 @ Taman Metropolitan, Kepong

Venue: Taman Metropolitan @ Kepong

Attendance: 16 KL Unity Members 

Participants: 400+ 

On 3rd march 2013, Leo Club of KL Unity (O) together with sister club from Leo Club of SMK Jinjang has organized THE LEO RUN 2013 - For Charity We Run event at Taman Metropolitan, Kepong. 

There are 2 types of running distance which are 3.5km and 7km. The purpose of this event is to raise fund for Community Service Centre for the Deaf (CSCD) and PJ Caring Home. There were about 400 participants on that day. 

The event started at 0630 hours and started with a warm up session by Leo Maggie.

The event was flagged off at 7.30am.

There were also performance from The Community Service Centre for the Deaf (CSCD) kids.

From this event, we managed to raise RM 12,000.00 and each home will get RM 6,000.00 respectively.
