SS2 CNY Celebration

Earlier this evening, our Leos attended a Chinese New Year Celebration event organised by SS2Cares, Lions Club of KL North and other parties, and sponsored by Ming Tien Foodcourt, Taman Megah. The event was also graced by Damansara Utama Assemblyman Datuk Lim Choon Kin.

The event kicked off at 6.30pm, with the arrival of guests and some formalities.

We were in charge of Rumah Hope, and helped them with whatever they needed.

The Patron Saint of Prosperity (Choy San Yeh) was there to distribute chocolates and candies to the participants.

A lion (from the lion dance) also went around to distribute mandarin oranges to everyone.

The Leos, Lions and all who participated had an enjoyable time. The event concluded with a fireworks display and performances.
